It's been a long day but the paperwork still has to be done, phonecalls have to be made, bills have to be paid.
Her office is comfortable though and she kicks off her heels and scrunches her toes in the thick carpet, sighing as she spreads out the work on the table in front of the large couch along the side wall.
She's got a pen between her teeth and her glasses perched on her nose when she hears a knock on the door.
"Come in." She calls.
Michael sticks his head in. "Jones is here. And he has a young woman with him. She tripped the wards." He said meaningfully.
Another unknown siren. Interesting.
She nodded. "Send them in."
