Let your hair down. (Closed - For Levi) Fairy tale plot!
Lara had been riding for a solid day when she finally saw the tower her employer had laid out for her in the map Lara had been given.
In the setting sun, she looked the place over from a vantage point on a hill opposite and bit her lip, wondering how she was supposed to get in. The high walls of the castle below were in serious disrepair. Some had crumbled to just piles of rubble and the ones that hadn't looked treacherous to her eyes even from this distance. Maybe she could scale them but she would likely start a rockfall and get buried underneath it. Not worth the risk.
The tower itself though...that seemed relatively unaffected. Not that it had been repaired or bolstered in any way, just that time and nature didn't seem like they had been inclined to touch it. If she'd been a betting woman, she'd have put money on the tower being no more than twenty or thirty years old. Certainly far younger than the stones of the walls below it.
It was also at least twice as high as the highest of the walls below it. Lara groaned as she realised the rope and grapple she had brought was never going to reach the small window at the top.
She sighed and kicked her horses flanks to get it moving. At the base of the tower she set camp and lit a small fire, laying out her bedroll and putting a pot on to boil. Maybe inspiration would come after a hot meal and some sleep.

"You're the first, but I have, um, a lot of experience cleaning," he said. flushing as much at the admission as the sight of her leaning forward. Her back was arched enough that he could see where the curve of her back started to flow into her hips and ass, how it-
Washing, how it needed washing. That's what he needed to focus on here. She was a woman that needed her back washed was all.
"I don't know. I just read and paint and exercise in here. There's not a whole lot to do. I've never needed to do anything before."
no subject
"Well maybe you have untapped talents that you just don't know about." Lara said, muscles relaxing under his attention, making her lean forward on the side of the tub. "I'm sure we can find something you're good at."
Lara hummed as he gently dragged the cloth up and down her back. She was a mess, she knew, but there were some bruises under the dirt and she hissed as he scrubbed a little harder obviously mistaking it for a particularly stubborn patch of grime. "Careful. Some of us don't live such safe lives." She said turning to look at him, tone playfully admonishing. Lara really didn't mind. A little pain reminded you that you were alive.
no subject
"Or maybe I'll just stay here," he said, although Levi didn't sound quite as sure as he had before. If he stayed in the tower then... then he would just be staying in the tower. He would be doing the same thing he had done his entire life and he was already sick of that. Besides, if this woman was what the outside was like then (smell aside) he very much wanted to go.
"Oh, you're hurt," he said, moving the cloth away to gently trace a finger along one of her bruises. "Who hurt you?"
no subject
Lara shivered a little as he traced her bruises. "This time? Thieves on the outskirts of a little no name town down the coast." She shrugged. "For some reason they thought I'd stolen some of their loot from a job we did together." She murmured, pressing back a little into his questing fingers. "They were right, of course, but they were planning on killing the people that hired us to do the job in the first place and well...murder is bad for repeat business." The sentence ended on a little shuddering sigh as he pressed again, and she shifted in the bath to face him. "It could have been worse."
no subject
"So you killed them?" Levi asked, equal parts horrified and impressed. Killing was generally wrong, but if you were killing killers then that would be alright, wouldn't it? He knew that most people didn't have the option to just live in a tower safe away from hard. Could he really judge her?
"And that's the world you want me to go out in?"
no subject
"I didn't kill them." Lara flashed a grin up at him. "They probably wished I had though." She added, because that was true. She'd ruined their reputations and made sure that no one that knew her was unaware of what they had attempted to do to her. They'd be taking beatings for a long, long time if they went around in their usual circles.
Lara shrugged at his question. "I doubt very much that my world will be your world. You'll probably live in a castle somewhere while I'm still sleeping under the stars."
no subject
"Who would put me in a castle?" Levi asked, remembering that he still did not know who had sent this woman. Who had even known that he was here? For all he knew only his father knew that he was here.
"And don't forget that we still both can't get down. The only way down is the same way you got up."
no subject
"You never know your luck." Lara said, kicking herself a little for letting details of her employer slip, even if they were vague. She decided to change tack.
Lara smiled and shrugged a shoulder. "It's always way easier to get down from a high place than it is to get up to one. You have sheets and things here. We'll work something out." She kneeled up in the bath and squeezed the water out of her hair. "Besides, we can always give you a haircut and use the offcut as rope."
no subject
"Cut my hair?" Levi asked, visibly stunned by the idea. Reaching up to stroke his hair he tried to contemplate the idea of it. True his face itched all the time from the beard and all the hair was seriously heavy, but he'd always had his hair. Could he cut it? What would that feel like?
no subject
Lara noticed the horror on his face and reached up to tug hs admittedly very soft and well looked after beard. "We could just start with this...see what happens?" she suggested.
no subject
When she stood up Levi remembered that she was completely naked and his eyes went wide. She was just completely naked and exposed and he forgot all about getting his hair cut. Those were breasts, right there in front of him. Real ones attached to a woman that was right here. In his tower. Touching him.
no subject
Lara watched his eyes go wide and smiled lopsidedly. "I'm going to assume you've never seen a naked woman before." She said, stepping out of the bath and into his space. She was dripping on his nice clean floor and it wasn't exactly warm up here but she didn't care. It'd been a long time since someone had looked at her with such want. "Don't worry. I don't bite."
no subject
"I've never seen a naked anything before besides myself," Levi said, flushing a bit. According to some of the books he had read, ones where his father had not been aware of just what he was bringing his son, he understand that many people were quite familiar with the naked form of other people. Levi was not that sort of person. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to stare. You just... are very nice to look at."
no subject
The blush on his cheeks was adorable. It was so innocent Lara almost wanted to reach out and touch it but she decided against it. She had a job to do and that job wasn't taking a young mans innocence. Well...that could maybe be part of it, but getting him comfortable with her was paramount and she had another idea she wanted to try first.
"Levi..." She said quietly. "You can stare all you want. I don't mind. But fairs fair...I'd like to see you too." She reached up and tugged his beard lightly. "I think you probably look a lot different under all this. Would...would you let me shave you?" She asked, her eyes meeting his. She batted her eyelashes a little. Maybe she was playing coy but if it got him more comfortable and eventually out of the tower then it was all to the good.
no subject
The idea of being bare before this woman was conflicting. Levi was not necessarily modest, he'd never been around other people enough to develop modesty. But neither had he been naked before anyone else before and it was an intriguing but frightening deal. the idea of perhaps shaving his beard off seemed a good first step though.
"Very well, you can shave me. I, ah, take it you're familiar with a blade?" he asked, trying to keep his eyes on hers and not on the rest of her body.
no subject
Lara grinned and grabbed a small towel, wrapping it around herself even though it wasn't exactly covering much as she padded over to her clothes. Her blade was old but it was simple, clean and had an edge as keen as a razor. She turned and tossed it up in the air, letting it spin lazily before catching it, the length of the blade laid out and balanced across the back of her hand.
She looked around and grabbed a heavy chair, dragging it across the floor and inviting him to sit. "Do you have oil?" She asked as he sat.
no subject
He was a bit mesmerized by the spinning of the knife. While he could juggle and do tricks he wouldn't try to do anything like that with such a sharp knife. She seemed to be familiar with a blade.
"Of course," Levi said, sounding horrified at the idea that he wouldn't have everything proper to take care of his hair. He brought the small bottle over before sitting in the chair, slightly nervous. While he was well aware that if the woman wanted to kill him she could have done so before now he was still going to let her run a razor along his throat.
no subject
It was a lot of trust Levi was showing her and Lara smiled as gently as she could at him, hoping to reassure him. Taking the bottle from him she waited for him to settle back and then lifted his chin, looking at his beard. It was neat and soft, well looked after and that was going to make this job easier. Moving closer, she wondered the best position to do this in and decided to just be direct, swinging a leg over his, straddling his thighs as she stood over him. She uncapped the little bottle of oil and poured some into her hands, warming it a little before she laid her hands on him, smoothing it over and through the hair and onto his skin, taking her time rubbing it in gently, massaging the slightly tense muscles of his neck as she went. In truth she was enjoying herself. If she was honest, she was surprising herself with just how much.
Eventually his beard and skin were ready, warm and relaxed under her fingers, and she nodded down at him. "Ready?"
no subject
Levi hissed sharply as she straddled his lap, less concerned about the blade in her hand and more just aware of her close proximity and what she was (or wasn't) wearing. Feeling her fingers massage through his hair was a different experience all together. Levi had never had human contact or touch like that, at least not that he could really remember.
"I'm ready if you are," he said, looking at the knife again in her hands and thinking of what it could do. "I just sit here, that's the easy job. You have to make sure not to slit my throat."
no subject
"Don't worry...I like you too much to do permanent damage." Lara said which was a little too close to the truth. She was feeling oddly protective of him. She shook off the feeling and concentrated on the job at hand.
He went easily when she nudged his chin up and laid the blade gently on the skin of his cheek, drawing it smoothly down through his beard. The blade was sharp and it sang a little as it glided through the hair, leaving smooth, clean skin in its wake. She moved over and passed it down his cheek again, wiping the hair and oil on the towel she'd set out on the bath.
Lara smiled at him. "How does it feel?"
no subject
Levi was going to reply to that comment when she started to shave him. It was so absolutely strange to feel it, the razor sharp blade pushing against his skin but not breaking it. He could feel the weight of the hair dropping off his face.
"It feels strange," he said, wrinkling his face a bit before he reached up to touch it. "It's so smooth and I can feel the air against it. But it's a lot less scratchy."
no subject
Lara smiled. "That happens." She murmured as she finished the other cheek, dropping to sit on his lap as she lifted his chin to start on the underside. She worked in silence, gliding the blade over his adams apple carefully until she was happy that all the hair was gone. Tipping his chin down, she moved his head from side to side, checking everything over and then leaned over to get a fresh, damp towel to wipe away the excess oil. She shuffled back on his knee to look at him.
He was good looking before the shave but now? Now she was staring and couldn't remember what she supposed to do next. It probably didn't involve reaching out and smoothing her fingers over his newly revealed jawline but she couldn't help herself.
no subject
Levi thought it was strange how she touched his face but everything felt so smooth and sensitive he couldn't really bring himself to complain. It felt amazing and unlike anything he had sensed before. Even the roughness of her hands couldn't disguise how soft his skin was feeling.
"I probably look pretty silly," he said, flushing a bit as she changed her position in his lap.
no subject
"You really don't." Lara said, smiling at him. "You look very handsome. Not that you didn't before but now you look respectable and handsome." She teased. " Do you want to see?" She asked as she made to get off his lap, holding her towel closed.
no subject
"No! No, it's fine, it's fine for now," he said, not wanting her to move. For one, she might shift and feel how aroused he was (and she'd definitely noticed if he had to stand) but he also didn't want her to move from his lap. "And my face really feels lighter. Maybe.... maybe I should cut my hair?"
