Picking up the phone on the second ring, Les places it between his cheek and shoulder as he's directly in the middle of experimenting with a protection spell from the spellbook he got from Nerium. He wasn't having much luck though. He's surprised to hear Lara's voice on the other end since it's pretty late, and they usually call it quits in the evening.
